Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of two of our dental department team members, Dr. Akintunde Bowden and Dental Hygienist Kamonti McFarlane both victims of separate gun violence incidents within six months. Our President & CEO, Tito Izard, MD, spoke with TMJ4 News to honor their lives, reflect on the impact they had on our patients and community, and highlight how violence and health disparities affect not only those we serve, but also those who dedicate their lives to serving.
