Covid-19 Vaccine

COVID-19 Vaccine

Wisconsin Department of Health Services has issued guidance that people who are 65 years of age and older are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine during the next phase of distribution.

If you are 65 or older and your primary care provider is with Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. (MHSI), MHSI will contact you to schedule your vaccine appointment.

If your primary care provider is with another health system, please contact your primary care provider.

If you do not currently have a primary care provider, you can find information about vaccinations by dialing 211.

For questions about the vaccine, please see our frequently asked questions page.

Please be patient

Please do not call to check when scheduling invitations are being sent. It is important that we keep our phone lines available for patients who are experiencing urgent healthcare needs.

Please continue to wear your mask, limit indoor gatherings, practice social distancing, wash your hands and stay home when you’re sick. Until a vaccine is distributed to the general public (and even for some time after), we MUST remain careful.

NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE FOR COVID-19 VACCINE
